Zoning Commission Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the New Jasper Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Township Fire House located at 3121 Jasper Road, Xenia, OH 45385, on Wednesday November 9th, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to amend the New Jasper Township Zoning Resolution by adding language to the resolution pertaining to requirements and restrictions on solar farms 50 megawatt and larger, and a new provision to Article 5, Supplemental District Regulations pertaining to accessory structures and automatic pool covers in the A-2 district . Interested persons may attend the hearing to express their opinions in favor or against this proposed requests.
